Raffaela Rein founded CareerFoundry in 2013 offering online courses in UX design, UI design and Web Development. The Berlin-based education startup charges students $4,000+ to enroll but promises to find them a tech job in six months or offer a refund. CareerFoundry has raised $6 million to date and saw sales double in 2017. Rain is also the founder of Satorion Partners, a digital consultancy that specializes in innovation, scaling and digital transformation. The entrepreneur previously worked at the world's largest incubator Rocket Internet where she helped launch multiple businesses.
